Leading organisations at times of change requires a tolerance for uncertainty and a recognition that it is hard to make predictions when working with, and in, complex systems.
This one day workshop includes material that I developed and taught on the MSc in Leadership in Health and Social Care at the University of Hull, and will equip participants to utilise systemic approaches to managing and leading.

- Working with ‘safe uncertainty’
- The role of the change agent
- The skills of dialogue
- Positioning theory
